Zoho Launches Free Agentic AI Tools to Help Enterprises Automate Workflows

Zoho Corporation has now recently launched a new range of their famous free agentic AI tools which have been designed to help companies work faster and even smarter.

These tools have been designed with the aim to reduce the human effort by automating the daily office tasks such as sorting various emails, finding the sales leads, managing various job applications, and even creating reports. 

The Indian software company has also said its goal is to make the field and use of artificial intelligence simple, affordable, and also make it useful for all kinds of businesses.

These new tools are known as “agentic AI” because they can think their won way and even act independently. This means the AI does not always need a proper command from the user. Instead, it can also itself understand what task needs to be done, what decisions to make, and even complete multiple steps on its own.

For example, if an employee tends to gets many emails, the AI can automatically separate the important ones from the ones that are spam or unimportant and even suggest which messages they should delete or what to organize. 

In another such case, it can easily scan unread emails and even turn potential business inquiries into generating leads in Zoho’s CRM app.

Zoho has recently built and integrated these AI agents directly into their existing applications like the Zoho Mail, the Zoho CRM, and even the Zoho Recruit. This would be something that would helps users in many ways because they do not need to buy any new updated software or even get themselves to switch between different tools. 

The AI would now easily be an already part of the regular system they use every day. 

The company has also said that the basic version of these agentic AI tools will be free for their users, while some advanced features would be something that would be a part of paid plans.

In Zoho Recruit, the AI can now help various HR teams by reading the resumes of the candidates and even matching them to various job openings. This would help to make the hiring faster and even more accurate.
