LTIMindtree Postpones Pay Hikes, Increments Split Between Jan and April Cycles

LTIMindtree, which is actually one of India’s top IT companies, has now delayed its employee salary hikes for this year. The company said that now the pay hikes will be given in two parts: some employees will get them in the early 2026, that is, January 2026, while others will receive them in April 2026.

This decision has been made due to the current business and market conditions. Like many other huge and famous IT companies, LTIMindtree is also now facing slower growth because of the reduced client spending and uncertain global project demand. 

The company have also made its statement that it would now manage its costs carefully and try to stay stable during this crucial period. Usually, LTIMindtree gives the salary hikes to its employees every year in the July cycle. 

But this year, the dynamics have changed, and now the company has also postponed the process so that it can easily balance the expenses and also perform better in reaching its goals.

Employees were also informed internally that the hike cycle has been split into two halves: one group would receive their increments in January, and the rest of the employees would get them in April.

The company have also said that this delay is very temporary and that their payment thing would be resolved and will resume on the previous schedule once market conditions improve. LTIMindtree also wants to make sure that the hike plan would be kept fair and would feel sustainable for all employees.

Despite all these delays, LTIMindtree has also said it would continuously be committed to supporting its employees and keep on maintaining a positive work environment. The company also continues to invest in the skill development of the employees and invest in the career growth programs just for their employees.

It also added that employees who would perfom well in all these would also be rewarded when business performance strengthens.
